The cast is great, and as the show progresses, you get closer and closer with the characters, so the emotional stakes are always "High." Get it? Cause its Weed?
Anyway, the show is about a single widowed mother, who sells pot to keep her family afloat, however this ends up only making things worse. The writing is hilarious, and because its Showtime and not regular cable, it's very raw and uncensored, which means the writers can really do whatever they want.
Just a warning, this is the type of show where if you watch one, you'll watch another and then another, and then you'll look at the clock and you'll be done with season 3. So now that I've set the highest bar possible, go and see for yourself! (And unless you like awkward moments make sure no kids are around while you're watching. Yes, it's that type of show.)
